A management consultant and a psychologist, with over 28+ years of rich experience in the “Franchising business world”. A veteran, “Business & Franchising Coach”, who has worked with more than 850+, successful entrepreneurs through the franchising format. He has been recognised for shaping the Franchising business in various brands in India. He has contributed to various forums; he is a business strategist, with the principle of execution excellence.

His career started with DSRC, as a computer instructor, teaching basics of computer languages. Worked with brands like SSI, Aptech, NIIT, and CADD Centre. His recent achievement was to make the 2 salon brands of CavinKare Group “Green Trends” & “Limelite” a national brand, he was instrumental to sign up 300+ sign ups in just 2.6 years. He is consulting for various brands like PhotoExpress, Radiant Medical Health Care, Dream Zone, Synergy, UIM, Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic, Networkz Systems, Hindustan Group, to help them franchise and multiply their brand across the country.

Achievements:

• October, 2005, FIHL, Delhi awarded him the “Best Franchise Manager for achievement in creating successful franchisees across the
  country.
• FICCI & Madras University in Feb, 2015 awarded the Franchise Excellence Award held @ Chennai. Nov, 2018
• National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED) has awarded him a national award, for his contribution to
  entrepreneurship through franchising across the country @ Coimbatore.

Industry Contribution: A regular speaker in FICCI, RAI, FIHL, FAI and various franchising forums in the country. Regular writer for Franchising India Magazine, SME Enterprises, Dhanam Kerala’s leading business magazine. He has been a regular guest and in various management institutes and Universities.
