Ish has 29 years of experience in the Entrepreneurship, Sports & Leisure Management, E-commerce, IT / ITES / Analytics, Private Equity, Learning & Development, Hospitality & Real Estate, Logistics & Supply Chain and Advisory & Consulting across industries in diverse national & international geographies.

During his corporate life has been part of teams that have delivered several landmark projects for several prestigious organizations like ITPL – Whitefield – Bangalore, TIDEL Park – Chennai, One Indiabulls Centre & Indiabulls Finance Center – Mumbai, The Leela Beach – Goa, 7 Budget Hotel Projects for Choice Hotels International in South India, Just Buy Live – India’s first B2B/R App based e- Commerce platform, Dish TV / Citi Cable etc. Ish has also been part of teams that have raised PE Funds totalling to approx. US$ 600 m.

Ish is currently an entrepreneur who has run his own ventures a couple of times with successful exits. He is currently a License holder for Business Doctors – UK www.businessdoctors.co.uk – a Global SME focused Business Consulting & Learning and Development practice operating in 16 countries for the last 12 years with a client base of over 10000 clients worldwide. He is also an Advisory Board Member & Chief Strategy Officer for Signum Hotels & Resorts (a Hospitality Management Company with 13 assets under management in India & UK) www.signumhotels.com and Director & Chief Strategy Officer for Howdy Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (a SaaS Product with 3 apps in the market and another 2 under development) www.howdyventures.com. Ish also runs multiple fund raising mandates at any given time for SME & MSME growth stage entities with Indian & Global Funds. He was previously Executive Director – Promoter of Isthara Parks Pvt. Ltd www.isthara.com . His other successful stint as an entrepreneur has been at Call2Connect India – IT / ITES / Analytics (currently owned by Route Mobile), where he was a Founder Director and exited the business successfully after scaling it up to a 1500 strong team and a profitable business.

A passionate trainer & motivational speaker on the lecture circuit, Ish has been invited to speak at several National & International Conferences on a diverse set of topics. He also appears on television as an expert and has featured in a host of discussions – the last one was on “Budget Boost To Rental Housing – FM To Push Rental Housing”. He is featured in the book “Leading With Excellence” – 5 Incredibly Useful Leadership Insights from 100 Top Achievers – By Raam Anand (Stardom Books -USA).

Ish has amongst his clients several organizations of both a national and global stature in a diverse set of industry verticals. He is a “Mentor of Change” at The Atal Innovation Labs program run by the GOI/ Niti Ayog and has also run Start-up Accelerator Programs with the Wadhwani Foundation. Over the last few years he has mentored over 40 + start-ups in areas like AgriTech, Food & Beverage, EdTech, Cloud Kitchens, FMCG, Logistics & Supply Chain, STEM, Social Entrepreneurship, Sports & Wellness etc.

Education A Hospitality Management Graduate and Merit Holder from Shannon College (National University Of Ireland – Galway), an MBA from LEEA – UK and has Advanced Management qualifications from Cornell University (Leadership Development) & Wharton Business School (Marketing, Finance, Strategy) in the USA. He also has additional certifications as a Business Coach & Master Trainer for OBD Academy in UK, Business Coach & Master Trainer for Business Doctors in UK, Certified NLP Practitioner & Certified Life Coach (CLC) from the International Coaching Federation.
